2 cups papaya peel 1 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 onion 2 tomatoes 2 green chilies 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder Salt to taste Coriander leaves

Firstly, you need to heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.

Next, add finely chopped onions and green chillies to the pan and sauté.

Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, thinly sliced papaya peel, and salt to the pan.

Let the papaya peel cook for about 15-20 minutes.
