Ingredients

250g paneer 3 ripe tomatoes 1 tbsp ghee 1 tsp cumin seeds 1-inch cinnamon stick 2 green cardamoms 2 cloves 1 bay leaf 1 tsp ginger paste 1 green chilli 1 tsp coriander powder

Ingredients

1 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp kasoori methi (dried fenugreek leaves) 1 cup milk Salt to taste Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Step 1

Marinate paneer cubes in some turmeric powder and salt for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and bay leaf. Let them splutter.

Add ginger and green chilli paste. Sauté for 30 seconds.

Add tomato puree, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and turmeric powder.

Step 5

 Stir in garam masala and kasoori methi. Add marinated paneer cubes and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Pour in milk and let it simmer until the gravy thickens and add salt.

 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
