There’s nothing like waking up to the aroma of fresh pancakes, especially on a lazy weekend. If you’re preparing breakfast in bed this weekend, try this easy recipe for a mouth-melting pancake.
Maida - 1.5 cups Egg - 1 Milk - 1 cup Sugar - 2 tablespoons Baking powder - 2 teaspoons Butter - 2 tablespoons Pinch of salt Maple syrup Chopped fruits
Whisk the dry ingredients like flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt till everything is mixed.
In a separate bowl, mix milk, egg, and butter.
Gently mix the dry and wet ingredients to get a smooth batter.
Heat a pan and pour about 1/4 cup to make one pancake and cook from both sides till your pancake is ready.
Garnish with maple syrup and chopped fruits, and enjoy your breakfast in bed.
