1 cup rajma, boiled 1 cup basmati rice, soaked 1 onion, chopped 1 tomato, chopped 2 green chillies, chopped 1 cinnamon stick 2 cardamom pods 1 tsp cumin seeds ½ tsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp garam masala 2 tbsp ghee 2 cups water Salt, to taste Coriander/mint leaves, for garnish
Heat the ghee in a large wok, then add the cinnamon stick, cardamom, cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add the onions, tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste and mix well. Cook until the onions turn soft.
Now add the kidney beans, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well, then add in the rice.
Saute for a minute, then add the water, adjust salt and cover to cook until the pulao is ready.

Use a fork to fluff up the pulao, garnish with mint or coriander, then serve the Rajma Pulao.
