Ingredients

1 cup chicken keema 1 onion, finely chopped 1 tomato, finely chopped 2 green chillies, finely chopped ½ tsp ginger-garlic paste ½ tsp turmeric powder ½ tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp garam masala powder 2 tbsp olive oil 1 cup pasta of your choice 2 cups water Salt, to taste Pepper, to taste ½ cup cheese, grated Coriander leaves, for garnish

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a pot, then add the ginger garlic paste and onions. Cook until the onions are brown.

Step 2

Now add the tomatoes, green chillies, turmeric, red chilli, garam masala and salt. Saute for 5 minutes.

Add the chicken keema, adjust the salt and saute to cook until the keema is almost cooked.

Step 4

Now add water and bring it to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until it is al dente and ready.

Adjust the salt, pepper and add the cheese. Serve the Chicken Keema Pasta with coriander leaves on top.
