One Pan Butter Garlic Chicken is a quick and delicious recipe for busy weeknights. This dish has juicy chicken breasts cooked in a buttery garlic sauce all in one pan, easy peasy cleanup. The result is tender chicken with a hint of lemon and herbs, served with rice, pasta or fresh bread.
500g chicken breast 3 tbsp butter 1 tbsp olive oil 5 cloves garlic 1 tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper 1 tsp chilli flakes 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp dried oregano Fresh coriander for garnish
Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and chilli flakes on both sides.
In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter with 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat.
Add the chicken breasts to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add the remaining butter and garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in lemon juice and oregano. Add the chicken back to the pan and coat with the sauce.
Cook for 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
