When you are eating healthy and craving something delicious for snacking, a simple yet nutritious oats dosa can come to your rescue. Apart from being healthy, nutritious and delicious, oats dosa is easy-to-make. Take a look at the recipe here, and indulge in oats dosa whenever the hunger pangs hit.

1 cup ground rolled oats 1 cup rice flour ¼ cup rava / semolina / suji, coarse 1 tsp salt 4 cup water ½ onion, finely chopped 2 chilli, finely chopped 2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped 2 tbsp curry leaves, chopped 1 tsp cumin

Add ground rolled oats, rice flour, semolina and salt.

Now add chopped onions, chillies, coriander leaves, curry leaves, ad cumin.

Make a batter out of it and let it rest for about 15 minutes.

Once the pan is hot, pour the batter on the pan.

Spread 1 tsp oil and allow to roast for 2 minutes or until the dosa turns crisp.
