Easy Oat Flour Pancakes For A Healthy Breakfast

These fluffy and super soft pancakes will steal your heart thanks to their flavour and easy-to-make recipe. The best part? You can customise as you want with the ingredients and the toppings. Here, we prefer but you can go with anything that you want.

Ingredients

1 cup oat flour 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup buttermilk 1 large egg 1 tablespoon melted butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1

To begin the recipe, mix the oat flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar and salt in a bowl. Make sure the bowl is large enough to incorporate all the ingredients.

Step 2

In a separate mixing bowl, incorporate the buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.

Step 3

Stir together the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Take care not to overmix.

Allow the batter to thicken for 5-10 minutes.

Put a nonstick pan over medium heat and melt the butter or oil.

For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter into the skillet.

Cook until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges appear set, then turn and cook until the other side is golden brown.
