Moong dal chilla is a great snack or breakfast option and is one of the healthy dishes, full of flavours. It is an excellent alternative if one does not eat eggs. It can be enjoyed with chutney or pickle and a cup of chai. They can also be eaten in place of traditional naan and rotis with curry.
