Easy Millet Crepe Recipe In Six Simple Steps

Ingredients

1/2 cup Millet flour  1/2 cup Gluten-free all-purpose Flour  2 Whole Eggs  1/2 cup Milk  2 tablespoons oil Salt

Step 1

Combine millet flour, gluten-free all-purpose flour, eggs and water in a high-speed blender and blend for a minute

Preparing Crepes in a Pan

Step 2

Transfer the millet crepe batter to a medium bowl, cover with plastic wrap and then chill the batter for at least 30 minutes.

Step 3

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brush the pan with oil and ladle a spoonful of millet crepe batter into the pan.

Swirl the pan so the batter evenly spreads out in a circular manner. Bring it back to the gas

Flip the crepe and cook for 40 seconds. Once ready serve the crepes with a side of chocolate sauce, whipped cream and powdered sugar
