Trying to eat more millets? Make easy, scrumptious millet crepes at home. This gluten-free recipe is light, filling and makes for a nutritious breakfast. Not to mention, it's super easy to make! Have a look:

1/2 cup Millet flour 1/2 cup Gluten-free all-purpose Flour 2 Whole Eggs 1/2 cup Milk 2 tablespoons oil Salt

Combine millet flour, gluten-free all-purpose flour, eggs and water in a high-speed blender and blend for a minute

Transfer the millet crepe batter to a medium bowl, cover with plastic wrap and then chill the batter for at least 30 minutes.

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brush the pan with oil and ladle a spoonful of millet crepe batter into the pan.

Swirl the pan so the batter evenly spreads out in a circular manner. Bring it back to the gas

Cook the batter for 2 minutes until you can easily loosen the edges with a spatula and try taking it out

Flip the crepe and cook for 40 seconds. Once ready serve the crepes with a side of chocolate sauce, whipped cream and powdered sugar
