It is a perfect side dish for the summer season since it is light, delicious, sweet, spicy, and simply irresistible. This condiment goes well with prawns, tacos, and more. The best part is that it's quite easy to prepare, too. So, here's a mango salsa recipe for you to try:
1 ripe mango, diced 1/2 red onion, finely chopped 1 red bell pepper, diced 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped Juice of 1 lime Salt and pepper to taste
Diced mango, red onion, red bell pepper, jalapeño pepper, and chopped cilantro should all be combined in a mixing bowl.
Gently toss everything together to blend after adding the lime juice to the mango mixture. Adjust the amount of salt and pepper to suit your taste.
To help the flavours combine, let the mango salsa rest for ten to fifteen minutes.
Serve chilled mango salsa as a dip with tortilla chips or as a garnish for fish tacos or grilled chicken.
