Easy Makhana Bhel: A Protein-Rich Energy Snack

Ingredients

1/2 cup peanuts 1/2 cup almonds 1 cup poha 1/2 makhana 1/4 tsp ghee 1/2 tsp haldi Red chili powder to taste Salt to taste Handful of curry leaves

Step 1

Heat a pan and start roasting makhana and peanuts. Also, heat poha in a separate pan.

Step 2

Also roast almonds and keep all the ingredients aside. Heat a pan and add ghee.

Step 3

Add curry leaves, haldi, red chili powder and salt. Add poha makhana, almonds and peanuts.

Step 4

Add raisins and roast. Mix well and store in an air-tight container. Serve and enjoy!
