Kids who are fussy eaters are difficult to feed essential nutrients as they only want to snack on sugary and high-carb foods like doughnuts, pasta, bread, candies, and more. But this banana paneer paratha is a great way to add some protein to your kids' diet with the sweetness of bananas. Here's an easy recipe for you to try.
2 cups whole wheat flour Water, as needed Pinch of salt 1 ripe mashed banana 100 grams grated paneer 1 tablespoon powdered jaggery or brown sugar (optional) 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder (optional) Ghee or butter, for cooking
Mix flour, salt, and water to make a soft dough. Set aside.
Combine mashed banana, grated paneer, jaggery, and cinnamon.
Roll out dough balls, add filling, seal edges, and flatten.
Heat skillet, and cook parathas with ghee or butter until golden brown.
Enjoy banana paneer parathas as a delicious snack or meal for kids and yourself too.
