Jowar dosa is a twist on the classic South Indian dosa that’s usually made with a batter of urad dal and rice. To make it even healthier and nutritious, you can use jowar atta (sorghum flour) and make a quick and healthy breakfast or snack.
Jowar flour - 1.5 cups Water - 4 cups Onion - 1 Green chillies - 2 Coriander - 2 tablespoons Curry leaves as per preference Salt to taste Oil for cooking
Make a fresh batter with jowar flour and water.
Add finely chopped onion, coriander, green chillies, curry leaves, and salt.
Mix all the ingredients together and ensure there are no lumps.
After letting the batter rest for a while, adjust the consistency if required.
Heat up a pan, pour some oil and cook a spoonful of dosa batter till it’s crisp.
Serve the jowar dosa with sambar or chutney.
