In the brisk winter, one of the best ways to keep the feet from jamming and the eyes from closing is by drinking a warm cup of masala chai. With this simple homemade chai masala powder, you can turn any tea into masala chai in a few simple steps.

40g Cardamom 20g Cloves 20g Black Pepper 8g Cinnamon 10g Fennel 30g Dry Ginger 6 Tulsi Seeds Pod ½ Nutmeg

Roast Cardamom, Cloves, Black Pepper, and Cinnamon on a low flame until they turn aromatic then keep aside.

In the same pan, break the pieces of dry ginger.

Roast the ginger pieces then keep it aside.

After that, roast the tulsi seeds pod and nutmeg until it turns aromatic.

Keep all the roasted masala on a plate, and let it cool.
