Ingredients

1 shot of espresso (or strong-brewed coffee) 1 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy of your choice) Ice cubes Caramel syrup or sauce Whipped cream (optional) Caramel drizzle (optional)

Step 1

Brew espresso with a smooth flavour and let it cool to room temperature to avoid melting the ice quickly.

Use a tall glass and fill it to the brim with ice cubes, ensuring there's enough space for the espresso and milk.
