Easy Homemade Sattu Paratha Recipe For All Meals

Ingredients

2 cups atta 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp ajwain 1 tsp kalonji 1 tbsp ghee 1/2 cup water 1 cup sattu 1/2 tsp ajwain 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp garlic paste

Ingredients

1 tsp ginger paste 1 green chilli, chopped 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1 onion, chopped 1/2 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp achaar masala 1 tsp mustard oil 1/2 cup coriander leaves

Step 1

Mix atta, salt, ajwain, kalonji, ghee, and water to make a soft dough.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix sattu, ajwain, salt, garlic, ginger, chopped green chilli, and red chilli powder.

Step 3

Add chopped onion, lemon juice, achaar masala, mustard oil, and coriander leaves to the mixture.

Step 4

Make small dough balls, roll them, and place sattu filling in the centre.

Step 5

Seal the edges, flatten the balls, and roll again into parathas. Cook the parathas on a hot tawa, applying ghee on both sides.

Step 6

Cook until golden brown and serve hot with chutney, curd, or achar.
