For the rasgulla: 1 cup milk powder 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 cup semolina 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon saffron strands Water as needed For the rabri: 1-litre milk 1 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
Combine milk powder, all-purpose flour, semolina, baking soda, cardamom powder, and saffron strands to make dough balls.
Boil water, add the rasgullas, and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Heat milk over medium heat until it reduces. Add sugar and cardamom powder.
Add the cooked rasgullas to the rabri, soak them for at least 30 minutes, and serve chilled.
