Cream cheese a soft and silky-smooth delight that is commonly used as a frosting for your desserts. Here is an easy recipe to prepare it at home.

2 cups full fat milk 2 cups fresh cream 4 tablespoon vinegar ½ tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla

In a heavy bottom pan, boil milk and cream, and salt. Add 2 tbsp of vinegar and stir constantly. Let it cook on low flame for a few minutes.

Then add the remaining vinegar while stirring continuously. Once it curdles, let the mixture come to a simmer. Strain it through a muslin cloth and let it sit for 15 minutes.

In a food processor, process the mixture along with vanilla and blitz till it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency. It is ready to use.
