Prepared with a number of grains, pulses and spices, Bhajani flour is a Maharashtrian flour that is used not only to make Thalipeeth but a wide range of snacks and dishes. Here is the simple recipe you can try to make this nutritious blend of ingredients for your winter indulgence.

100g jowar seeds 100g ragi seeds 100g rice 75gbajra seeds 75g kala chana 75g masoor dal 75g moth dal 2 tbsp cumin seeds 1 tbsp coriander seeds

Dry roast all the ingredients in a heavy-bottomed iron wok on medium heat one by one.

Make sure all the grains and lentils are lightly browned and crisp. Let them cool down completely.

Place the grains, lentils and spices in a high-powered grinding jar and steadily grind them into a fine powder.
