Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour 1 tbsp. white sugar 2 tsp. baking powder ¼ tsp. salt 1 egg, beaten 1 cup of milk 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 2 ripe bananas, mashed

Step 1

Gather all the ingredients together. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

Mix eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and mashed bananas in another bowl.

Step 3

Stir the flour mixture into the banana mixture; the batter should be slightly lumpy.

Step 4
