Dhokla is a staple Gujarati snack that is often enjoyed for breakfast or as a tea-time snack. However, this version of the dhokla features paneer as its star ingredient, making the dish rich in protein. Here's an easy recipe for you to try:

Ingredients

1 cup grated paneer 1 cup of besan 1/4 cup yoghurt 1 tablespoon ginger-green chilli paste 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon red chilli powder Salt to taste 1 tablespoon of oil 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds 1 teaspoon sesame seeds 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves Water as needed 1 teaspoon of fruit salt

Step 1

Mix grated paneer, besan, yoghurt, spices, and salt to make the batter.

Step 2

Add water for pouring consistency, then steam for 15-20 minutes.

Step 3

Heat oil, add mustard seeds and sesame seeds, then pour over steamed dhokla.

Step 4

Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve warm with chutney.
