Enjoy a fresh and healthy lettuce salad with this easy recipe. Perfect for a light meal or side dish, this salad is quick to prepare and full of flavour.
450g cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce (coarsely chopped) 1 small bunch dill 1/4 cup white or red onion 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 tsp salt Ground black pepper (to taste) Garlic and white vinegar (to taste, optional)
In a large bowl, add chopped cucumber, tomato, and lettuce. Add finely chopped dill and thinly sliced onion to the bowl.
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and toasted sesame oil. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
Optionally, add garlic and white vinegar for extra flavour. Toss the salad gently until all ingredients are combined.
Serve the lettuce salad immediately or within an hour.
