1/2 cup basmati rice 1 1/2 cup jaggery 1 tsp green cardamom 1 1/2 lt milk 1/4 cup almonds 1/4 cup cashews 1/4 cup raisins

In a bowl, add rice and soak it for at least 2 hours. Heat a pan and add milk let it boil.

Then, add the soaked rice to the pan. Stir it on low flame.

Add cardamom powder. Once the mixture gets thick, add jaggery powder. Mix well and turn off the flame.

Add in the dry fruits and nuts. Mix well. Garnish with remaining nuts and serve!
