1 cup whole wheat flour 1 cup jaggery 1 tsp baking powder Pinch of salt 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup curd 1/4 cup oil 1 tsp vanilla extract

First, take jaggery and grind it well. Make sure that there are no lumps.

In a separate bowl, add milk, curd, and oil. Whisk everything. Add vanilla extract and mix.

Take another bowl, add whole wheat flour, salt, and baking powder, and mix well. Sift it and add it to the milk batter.

Add in jaggery powder and mix well to make a smooth batter. If the batter is too thick, add more milk.

Add dry fruits to the batter and pour it into a greased baking dish.

Bake the cake at 180 degrees C for 25-30 minutes in a preheated oven. When done, serve fresh.
