4 cups water 2 cups shredded coconut ½ tsp vanilla extract A pinch of salt 1 whole date
Add coconut and water in a blender to yield a smooth concoction.
Taste the sweetness of the blend.
Add a date and a pinch of salt. You can also add vanilla extract for the aroma.
Blend the ingredients again.
Strain the concoction through a muslin cloth.
Store the milk in an airtight glass bottle and enjoy.
