Goan Squids Chilli is a simple yet flavourful dish featuring tender squid cooked with aromatic spices and fiery red chilies, making it a delightful and easy-to-make recipe.

500g squid, cleaned and cut 2 onion, finely chopped 2-3 green chilies, slit 1 tomato, chopped ½ tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder ½ tsp garam masala 3 tsp Coconut oil 3 tsp Tomato ketchup 1 tsp Soy sauce Salt to taste Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and green chillies. Sauté until the onions turn translucent. Toss in the chopped tomato and cook until it softens.

Add the turmeric, red chilli, cumin, coriander powder, tomato ketchup and soy sauce. Stir well.Add the cleaned squid and stir-fry for a couple of minutes.

Cover the pan and let the squid cook on low heat for about 15-20 minutes or until it’s tender. Stir occasionally. Once the squid is cooked, add garam masala and salt. Mix well. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
