The convenience of adding all ingredients and simply blending them to combine with the press of a button, can be a blessing on most weekday mornings as you rush against time. Avoid skipping breakfast by making these easy pancakes which take not more than a few moments to prep.
1 ripe banana ½ cup whole milk 1 egg 1 tablespoon oil ¾ cups kuttu aata ½ teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder 1 pinch salt
Add all the ingredients to a blender jar and blitz until it forms a smooth batter.
Heat a pan and brush with some butter before ladling the batter and cooking until bubbles appear on the top surface.
Flip and cook for a couple of minutes and repeat the process.
