3 cups all-purpose flour 3 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda ¼ tsp salt 1 cup sugar (granulated) ½ cup brown sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1 cup milk 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 cup unsalted butter 3 ripe banana ½ cup yogurt 2 tsp vanilla extract
Take a bowl and add flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Whisk and set it aside.
Next, mash bananas and keep them aside. Take a bowl and add vinegar and milk. Let it stay like that for 4 to 5 minutes and reserve.
In another bowl, beat butter and sugar properly. Scrape down the sides. Add mashed banana, yogurt, vanilla and beat again.
Add flour and mix again to combine all the ingredients. Add milk and beat. Stop when the batter is slightly thick. Don’t overmix the batter.
Preheat the oven to 350-degree Celsius. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
When done, allow the cake to cool down. Serve with a frosting or as it is. Enjoy!
