Easy Dragon Fruit Smoothie For Morning Breakfast

Dragon fruit is a delicious seasonal fruit with a unique texture, almost similar to ice cream when cold. Dragon fruit smoothies in the morning can help you get the extra kick of nutrients and is very fulfilling. Try on the recipe!

Ingredients

1/2 dragon fruit, peeled and pitted 1/2 banana 1 cup yoghurt (plain or flavoured) 1/4 cup milk 1 teaspoon honey A handful of ice cubes

Step 1

Cut and clean the dragon fruit.

Step 2

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Step 3

You can also add ice. 

Step 4

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 5

Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
