These savoury and crunchy broccoli fritters are loaded with chillies and cheese, making them the perfcet tea-time treats for you. Here is the recipe for you to try out today.

3 cups broccoli florets, steamed and chopped 1 cup potatoes, boiled ½ tsp ginger-garlic paste 3 green chillies, finely chopped ½ cup conflour ¼ cup parmesan cheese Salt, to taste Black pepper, to taste Coriander leaves, chopped Oil, to fry (optional)
Place the broccoli florets in a large bowl and smash them using a fork to get unequal chunks.

Add the boiled potatoes, ginger-garlic paste, chillies, salt, pepper, parmesan and coriander leaves.

Mix well to make a soft, chunky fritter mixture, then add in the cornflour. Mix again.
Divide the mixture into equal-sized balls and flatten them. If the broccoli chunks spill out of the edges a bit, it’s okay.
Heat oil and fry the fritters until done. You can also air fry them until golden brown.
Serve the broccoli fritters with a mayo dip or a cheese dip and ketchup.
