Everyone loves ice cream but it is not one of the healthiest desserts to indulge in. This variation, however, brings you the goodness of cottage cheese that is loaded with protein. Here's a recipe for you to try:
2 cups cottage cheese 1 cup heavy cream 3/4 cup honey or maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt
Blend cottage cheese until smooth. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Chill mixture in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Churn in an ice cream maker for 20-25 minutes.
Freeze in an airtight container until firm and enjoy.
