Compliment your meals with this delicious coriander chutney.
1 cup coriander leaves, 2 tsp green chillies, 1 inch ginger, ½ tsp roasted cumin powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, 2 pinches black salt, salt as required ¼ tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp water
Chop coriander leaves, green chillies and ginger.
In a blender add all the ingredients.
Grind all the ingredients until smooth.
Taste the chutney and add more salt or lemon juice if needed.
Store the chutney in a covered bowl or container in the refrigerator and enjoy along with your meals.
