If you are a baker, you need to try coffee cake pudding this summer. It is refreshing, lightweight, and a perfect addition to a classy menu for a small gathering. Take a look at its recipe and try it out.

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 cup unflavoured oil 1 teaspoon coffee powder 1/2 cup powdered sugar 200 gm milkmaid   1 cup warm milk 1 teaspoon vinegar 4 teaspoons cocoa powder 2 pinches of salt 2 teaspoons vanilla extract (optional) 200 ml condensed milk 100 ml milk 4-5 teaspoons fresh cream 2 teaspoons agar agar 4-5 teaspoons strawberry crush

Step 1

In one bowl, mix warm milk and vinegar. Keep it aside for 5 minutes. In another bowl, beat curdled milk, milkmaid sugar, and oil.

Step 2

Prepare a mix of salt, baking powder, flour, baking soda, coffee, and cocoa powder. Combine dry ingredients with the curdled milk paste.

Step 3

In a preheated oven, bake the cake for 30-40 minutes. Check if the toothpick comes out clean and let the cake cool off.

Step 4

Prepare pudding by mixing milk, vanilla essence, milkmaid, fresh cream, agar agar, and cornflour. Keep mixing until you have a smooth concoction.

Step 5

In one part of the pudding, add gummy treats, and in another, add strawberry crush. Add a layer of cake in bowls and refrigerate the cake pudding for 2 hours at least.

Step 6

Take out the cake pudding and decorate it with sprinklers and colourful balls.
