Whipped cream is a common topping used all across the world for various desserts and drinks. It is an easy way to elevate your dishes due to its flavour and creamy texture. But why not make your regular whipped cream even better by adding a chocolatey twist to it?
1 cup chilled, heavy cream 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Place the mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 10–15 minutes to keep the ingredients cold during whipping.
Gather chilled heavy cream, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.
Add heavy cream, sugar, cocoa, and vanilla to a chilled bowl. Begin whipping at low speed, gradually increasing to medium-high as the mixture thickens.
Whip until the mixture forms stiff peaks, about 2–3 minutes. Use immediately as a topping or refrigerate for later use. Enjoy chocolate whipped cream.
