Chicken noodle soup is in high demand nowadays due to chilly evenings and winter knocking on the doors. Make it easily in your home to make yourself a cosy snack!
1 tablespoon olive oil 1 onion 2 cloves garlic 1 carrot 1 celery stalk 1 kg boneless chicken 2 bay leaves 1/2 teaspoon thyme 1/4 teaspoon rosemary 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 4 cups chicken broth 1/2 cup egg noodles Chopped parsley for garnish
Add onion, garlic, carrot, celery, chicken breast, bay leaves, thyme, and rosemary.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 20-25 minutes. Add egg noodles and cook as per the packet instructions.
Serve hot with a side of chopped parsley.
