Eggs in the form of omelettes are one of the most versatile and adaptable recipes. They can be adjusted with your favourite toppings and breakfast cravings. Try this easy breakfast spinach cheese omelette for a perfect morning start.
2 large eggs 1/4 cup chopped spinach 1/4 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) 1 tablespoon butter Salt and pepper to taste
Sauté the spinach in a pan until wilted. Set aside.
Whisk the eggs until smooth.
Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook until set.
Top the omelette with the sautéed spinach and cheese.
Fold the omelette in half and serve immediately.
