Upit is equally loved for its fast cooking process and hated for its bland taste, but this recipe will make you try it again and again for sure.
Ingredients:
2 cups Rava
⅓ cup finely chopped onions
1 tsp chopped green chillies
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
2 tbsp coriander leaves
8 to 10 curry leaves
10 to 12 cashews
1 tsp chana dal
1 tsp urad dal
Ghee 2 tsp
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp jeera
Water 2 cups
Salt as per taste
Roast Rava on low flame until a good fragrance sets. Saute ghee with mustard seeds, jeera, onions, green chillies, curry leaves, channa dal, urad dal and cashews. Add water, salt and let it boil. Add rava and stir until thick. Garnish with Dhania and serve hot.
