Easy Breakfast Burrito For Weekend Mornings

Made with sausage, eggs, cheese and hashbrowns, this delicious dish is perfect for winter mornings. Make breakfast burrito at home with this simple recipe.

Ingredients

3 cups shredded hashbrowns 1 pound ground sausage 8 eggs, scrambled 2 cups shredded cheese 8 flour tortillas

Step 1

On each tortilla, place the cooked hashbrowns, sausage and eggs in layers. Sprinkle some cheese.

Step 2

Fold over the sides and then roll up the burrito tightly.

Now heat a skillet over medium heat and butter or vegetable oil.

Step 4

Place the burrito on it and cook for a 1 - 2 minutes until brown. Flip and cook well on all sides. Enjoy.
