Monsoon isn't complete without fried foods cravings. Besides pakora, bread bhajia is also pretty famous and a favourite monsoon snack. Take a look at this recipe and enjoy your monsoon to the fullest.
4 slices of bread 1 cup gram flour 1 teaspoon rice flour 1 teaspoon carom seeds 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon garam masala Salt to taste Oil 1-2 green chilies Fresh coriander leaves
Mix besan, rice flour, ajwain, turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin, salt, green chilies and coriander leaves.
Heat oil in a pan. Dip bread pieces into the batter to coat them well.
Fry the coated bread in hot oil until golden and crispy.
Drain on paper towels. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
