1 banana flower 1 cup grated coconut 1 onion 2 tomatoes 2 green chillies 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon garam masala 1/2 teaspoon mustard oil or any cooking oil Salt to taste Fresh coriander leaves

After you cut and clean the fruit flower, soak it in salt and turmeric water.

Heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, onions, green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and salt.

Add the banana flower to the spice mix and let it cook. Then, when mushy, add tomatoes and coconut.
