Do you know eggless atta biscuits can be made with everyday pantry ingredients and that too without oven.

Ingredients- 1 cup atta, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup ghee, 1/4 cup roughly chopped raisins & dates, 2 tsp cardamom powder, 2 tsp milk, & a pinch of salt.

Make the dough combining the atta and sugar first, then adding ghee to bind the dry ingredients.

Now add the chopped raisins and toss them in when the dough resembles a sandy texture. Add salt as well.

If the dough is too dry, add a few teaspoons of milk to help it bind together. Do not knead the dough too much or it will develop gluten.

Now shape it over a flat surface before wrapping it in plastic foil and putting it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Check the doneness by the end of cooking duration. When they turn golden brown, that's when they're done.
