1/4 cup carrot chopped 1/4 cup Cabbage 1/4 cup beans chopped 1/4 cup Onion Chopped 1/4 cup Spring onion 1/4 cup Capsicum 1 inch Ginger 0-1 nos Garlic Cloves 2 tbsp soya sauce 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce/Green 1 tsp Vinegar 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves

As required Salt As required Sugar As required Water As required Oil As required for fried noodles: 1 cup Noodles - boiled 1 tbsp Corn-starch As required Oil For Frying As required for slurry: 2 tbsp heaped Corn-starch As required Water

Chop all veggies. All the veggies should be finely chopped.

Boil Noodles. Drain water and let it cool. Coat the noodles with corn flour. Heat oil in Kadai and deep fry till crispy.
