Easy And Tasty Kala Chana Raita To Spice Up The Meals

Ingredients

200 gm curd 1/4 cup black chickpeas 1 chopped onion 1 chopped green chili ½ tsp red chili powder ¼ tsp cumin powder Salt to taste Black salt to taste

Step 1

Take black chana and soak it overnight. When done, pressure the chana for at least 3 whistles.

Step 2

Take a bowl and add chopped onion and green chilies.

Step 3

Add curd to the bowl. Now, add soaked chana and salt. Also, add black salt.

Add chili powder, cumin powder and coriander leaves.

Mix everything together and your chana raita is ready.
