Made with a delicious combination of ingredients like ragi, coconut and cacao powder, this dairy-free beverage is a great substitute for a boring glass of milk.
2 cups ragi, soaked overnight ¼ cup of coconut 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2-3 teaspoons cacao powder 1.5 tablespoons jaggery ¾ cup water
Grind the soaked ragi and coconut along with the water, until smooth.
Transfer the mixture into a muslin cloth and press to strain the liquid.

Add the ragi-coconut mixture back to the blender, along with some more water and repeat the process.

Add the remaining ingredients to the strained liquid and mix thoroughly to combine.
Refrigerate for a couple of hours and serve chilled.
