150 gm paneer 1 tbsp oil 6 kulchas 1 chopped capsicum 1 chopped potato 1 chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped ginger 4 garlic cloves chopped 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp coriander powder Salt to taste One lemon 1/2 cup butter

Heat a pan and add oil. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Now, add chopped onions and saute well.

When the onions are brown, add chopped garlic, ginger, and tomatoes. Cook it well.

Add crumbled paneer along with red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt to taste. Cook for 5 more mins.

When done, turn off the flame and squeeze half a lemon in the mixture. Keep the paneer aside.

Now, take kulcha and cut it in half. Spread a layer of butter on both sides.

Place a spoonful of paneer filling on one side and cover it up with other kulcha. Grill it using ghee or butter.

When done, serve with a mint and coriander chutney and enjoy.
