An Indian restaurant-style dish is prepared with a variety of vegetables, herbs, and spices. It's easy, quick, delicious, and healthful to prepare this stir-fried meal.
Choose your favourite veggies 1tbsp Oil 1/2tsp Jeera 4-5 cloves garlic 1-2green chilli 1 inch Ginger 1 onion 1tsp Kasuri Methi 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder 1/2tsp Dhaniya powder 1/2tsp Garam Masala 1/4tsp Haldi 2 tomatoes Salt 2tbsp Ketchup 1/2 cup water
Heat butter in a pan. Add in all the vegetables (carrot, beans, babycorn, onions, peas & tomato).
Cook till the tomatoes soften & add in the bell peppers. Cook for 2 minutes & take it off heat.
In another pan, heat oil. Add in jeera, garlic, ginger, green chilli & cook for a minute.
Add in the onions & cook till the onions brown slightly.
Add in kasuri methi, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala, haldi & mix well.
Add in the tomato ketchup, water & the vegetables & mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot & dig in.
