Indulge in a flavorful tomato and basil pasta dish that combines pasta, aromatic basil, and a rich tomato sauce.
225 grams of pasta 2 tbsp olive oil 4 cloves of garlic 1-2 diced tomatoes 1/4 cup tomato paste 1 tsp dried oregano Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves Grated Parmesan cheese
In a pan boil water and cook pasta accordingly. Drain and set pasta aside.
Now In a pan, heat the olive oil .Add the minced garlic and saute for about 1 minute.
Now Add the tomatoes and tomato paste. Stir in the dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
Simmer and cook, add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss the pasta gently in the sauce.
Garnish with chopped fresh basil leaves and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
