There are lots of sweets, including fancy gulab jamun and rasmalai, but one sweet remains constant in almost all puja and occasions. Sandesh is a staple sweet which is served as a prasad, and everyone likes it because of its simple taste. Try making one at home.
250 grams paneer 1 cup powdered sugar 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder A few drops of rose water
Combine grated paneer, powdered sugar, cardamom powder, and rose water.
Mix well until a dough forms.
Shape and roll them in powdered sugar to coat.
