Easy And Delicious Rava Uttapam For Breakfast

Thinking about having something new on your breakfast table that is easy to make and can be prepped beforehand? Try to make rava uttapam at home with the ingredients you have available!

Ingredients

1 cup semolina (rava) flour 1/2 cup curd (yoghurt) 1/2 cup water 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 green chilli, finely chopped 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder Salt to taste Oil for frying Toppings: chopped onions, green chillies, and coriander leaves

Step 1

Combine semolina flour, curd, water, cumin seeds, green chilli, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth batter.

Step 2

Pour a ladleful of batter onto the hot pan and add toppings.

Step 3

Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Step 4

Serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
